Dhahran Engineering referred to a “De” is certified engineering consulting office by the Saudi Council of Engineers, since 1995; we are specialist in serving the Power and Water industries in the region. Since 2017 “De” has been actively involved in renewable energy consulting field, including technical, environmental, and financial feasibility studies, design, and management of solar power system projects ranging from 10KW up 25MW. “De” is also certified by the Ministry of Energy, and the Saudi Electricity Co. in Small Scale Solar Power Systems design. “De” is proud to have designed the first officially energized solar power project in the Kingdom with a capacity of 200 KW according to the requirements of the Water and Electricity Regulatory Authority and SEC, which was successfully energized in July 2023. We have developed technical, environmental, and commercial feasibility studies for major listed companies, including Saudi Aramco, Ynabu Cement Co, SIPCHEM Petrochemical Co in Jubail, International Lid Co. LLC in Dubai, and Tibah Airport Operations Co in Madinah Airport, Ministry of Environment, Agriculture & Water, and Ministry of Education. Combined capacity of more than 75MW. In the design side, we have completed several projects on the Small-Scale Solar Power Systems, ranging from 10KW – 2MW. We are now actively working on more than 1025 design projects through the Saudi Electricity Co Small-Scale Application system.
